Citizens Alliance is a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to empowering liberty-minded, America First candidates to win elections through disciplined, results-driven grassroots engagement. We specialize in large-scale door-knocking programs and direct voter contact that create meaningful connections between candidates and constituents. Citizens Alliance works to mobilize aligned activists to join the NH Chase program and participate in hands-on, ground-game political organizing. We believe elections are won face-to-face—and we build the infrastructure to make that happen.

Citizens Alliance is seeking multiple New Hampshire Regional Field Representatives to grow and activate grassroots networks across the state. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and mobilizing aligned activists into the NH Chase program while building strong relationships with local party organizations and liberty grassroots groups. The Field Representative works alongside other regional staff to support voter registration, precinct organization, and accountability efforts within their assigned territory. This position reports to state field leadership and requires consistent on-the-ground engagement.

• Build and maintain relationships with county and local GOP parties and aligned liberty grassroots organizations
• Recruit, onboard, and mobilize volunteer activists into the NH Chase program
• Serve as the regional point of contact for questions and logistics related to the NH Chase app
• Attend local GOP meetings, grassroots events, and community gatherings to represent Citizens Alliance
• Support voter registration, precinct organization, and delegate engagement efforts
• Maintain and organize regional activist and volunteer data
• Capture and share content demonstrating on-the-ground action (meetings, canvassing, calls, texting, etc.)
• Provide support to affiliated political action committees or partner efforts as needed

• Experience in grassroots organizing, political field work, or community-based outreach
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to speak confidently with individuals and groups
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps, databases, and digital communication tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required

• Field-based position covering New Hampshire
• Frequent in-state travel required
• Evening and weekend work expected based on event and program needs
• Work includes standing, walking, attending meetings, and outdoor canvassing
